Got going eventually, but it did take some time
If I had to explain to a friend, I'd say the training and onboarding at WorkFromHomeIndia took a bit longer than I had hoped, but it was worth the effort. There was this one moment during the initial setup where I had to configure the database feature—it felt quite complicated and I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right. After a quick call to support, things clicked, and I could move ahead faster. The rest of the process was kind of a blur; some parts were intuitive while others were not as clear as they could have been. I appreciated that the automatic updates kept rolling in without me having to do anything, though occasionally I noticed some features behaving a bit differently afterward. The dialer tool worked smoothly once I was fully set up. Signing up and handling payments went pretty painlessly, which helped reduce stress. I think with a bit more polish on the early steps, especially the database setup, this software and training could be a really solid option for those transitioning to remote workflows.
