Got everything working, took a bit longer than expected
So, when I first started trying out WFHI’s software and training, I guess I figured I’d be able to get rolling with the remote workflows pretty quickly, like within a day or two. But it wasn’t quite that fast. There were quite a few steps, and I found myself going back and forth between some of the training modules and the software to make sure I understood the dialer and how the database feature integrates. That back-and-forth slowed things down more than I initially anticipated. The sign-up process was clear, and getting started was mostly easy, but I think I underestimated how much time it would take to really figure things out. Now that I’m more settled in though, it all feels smoother and has become part of how I work. So, while the wait was a bit longer than I thought, the end result is worth it. The updates ran automatically without any hassle which made ongoing use a bit easier as well. So yes, it took a little patience, but the outcome was that I’m comfortably using the system every day now.
