Good value but some small hiccups before purchase
I had pretty high hopes before signing up, and for the most part, the software delivered exactly what was advertised. The interface was clear and the sign-up process was smooth without much hassle, which I really appreciated. However, I did find that the database feature was not as intuitive as I expected—it took me a while to figure out how to organize and manage data effectively. Still, the dialer and calling tools worked well during my trial period, with good call quality and minimal drops. Payment and invoicing were handled quickly and transparently, which added to my confidence. The training sessions were quite helpful but could have been a bit more detailed, especially for beginners. On the whole, I’m pleased with the product, although I think there’s room for improvement in providing clearer tutorials for the software’s more advanced functions. I’d recommend it to others but with a little heads-up about these minor challenges.
