Good training overall, but some gaps mean I’ll need help again
When I started training with WFHI, my expectation was that the overall onboarding process would be fully intuitive and clear from beginning to end. Initially, the modules were well structured and helped me understand basic remote workflows, but I quickly noticed that some key features, like the integration of calling tools and database management, weren’t covered in as much depth as I needed. Despite following the sequence suggested, a few steps seemed out of sync with my actual day-to-day use, leading to confusion during setup. The automatic updates occasionally introduced changes that weren’t clearly explained in the training materials, which threw me off until I reached out for support. The telephonic help was helpful but took a bit longer to respond than I hoped, leading me to feel that I might require assistance again the next time I update my usage or add new features. On the plus side, the sign-up and payment process was smooth, and invoicing was timely and easy to understand, giving me confidence in the administrative side of things. So I can say the good parts were the clear start and straightforward billing, but the gaps in training and occasional communication delays mean I’ll want some extra guidance in future. That balance between strengths and drawbacks makes me cautiously optimistic about continuing with their software.
