Good training but ongoing setup needs work
The training I received was quite thorough and helped me understand how to use the calling tools and manage the database effectively. It felt structured and logically paced, which I liked, and gave a good introduction to the software. However, when it comes to ongoing setup, the experience was a bit mixed. Some parts like payment processes and automatic updates worked smoothly and without surprises. Yet, refreshing data and adjusting workflows sometimes required repeated tweaking, which was a bit frustrating. On the positive side, the onboarding flow did cover the essentials, so I was ready to start using key features quickly. If the ongoing configuration became easier, it would significantly improve the platform’s overall usability for me.
