Good tools, but too many waits and repeats
I appreciated how the calling tool was responsive once it finally booted up, and the database feature itself is decent at keeping contacts organized. However, I found myself waiting often during loading times, which was frustrating when you want to get work done quickly. The dialer sometimes repeated dialing attempts even though the call had connected, which feels like a glitch that drags on productivity. It’s not all bad because the software does what it claims eventually, but the repeated delays make it tough to rely on it fully during a busy day. I liked that automatic updates didn’t disrupt my work, they installed quietly in the background. Overall, while some tools were useful and worked fine, the waiting and repetition in the software’s response were clear negatives that made me hesitate to rate it higher.
