Good tools but not quite fit for my irregular hours
I've tried to use the software provided by WorkFromHomeIndia and found that while the interface and database were quite functional and well laid out, fitting them into my actual working hours was problematic. The calling tools and dialer operate mostly during conventional business hours, but my schedule tends to be more variable and late at night. This mismatch meant I often couldn't utilize some features when needed. Automatic updates sometimes happened during my work hours, causing interruptions that were frustrating. On the other hand, I appreciated how clear the invoicing and payment process was, and signing up was straightforward. Support was available, but their assistance did not fully bridge the timing mismatch. I am still unsure if I can adapt my workflow to match the software's structure, which is its big limitation for me. So, while the software has good aspects, the way it fits the actual work hours I keep is a concern that makes me question continued use at this point.
