Good tools, but labels left me scratching my head

So I started using WFHI software, mainly for the calling tools and database features, and honestly some parts were pretty good. The dialer worked smoothly and the auto-update feature was handy. But at the same time, I found a lot of labels and instructions confusing. Like, there were dropdowns and menus that didn’t really explain what they did, and it made me pause and guess more than once. I kept thinking maybe I’m missing something, or maybe the words they used were too technical or just not clear enough. That was frustrating because I usually prefer software that’s straightforward and easy to navigate without having to click around too much. The signup and invoicing part was fine though, everything went through smoothly and payments were easy to manage. So it wasn’t all bad, but I’d say the wording definitely needs some improvement to match how people actually use the software. Sometimes it felt like the instructions assumed too much prior knowledge, which not everyone will have. Overall, good functionality but the user interface terms made things a bit harder for me.
