Good to have support, but resolving issues was slow
I have had issues with the WFHI support line before, which I suppose is the one good aspect here; the people on the phone were always polite. However, the way the communication was handled often frustrated me. When something went wrong in the software, it usually took multiple calls and emails to get any kind of solution started. The troubleshooting process felt repetitive and drawn out, as if each time I was explaining the same problem again. The automatic updates theoretically should have helped, but sometimes they caused new issues or glitches that made my database or dialer behave unpredictably. The onboarding flow was clear initially, but when problems popped up, the help didn't seem to track my ticket properly. I tried using the training sessions to pre-empt failures, but they only went so far. Also, the billing and invoicing system was not exactly reassuring when problems needed addressing. In summary, while polite support was a plus, the overall experience in difficult moments was taxing and often felt like a slow cycle with no real fix. It seemed like the support team was overloaded or lacking the tools to solve things quickly. This has added unnecessary stress to what should be a straightforward remote workflow management.
