Good Support When Things Went Wrong, But Some Basics Missing

I found the training and onboarding process generally helpful, especially when unexpected issues popped up during my initial use. The telephonic support was quick to respond every time something didn’t work as expected, which was reassuring. It was especially useful when the dialer crashed once during a calling session—they walked me through the fix patiently. However, I wish there had been clearer guidance on error handling earlier in the training sessions. That way, users wouldn’t have to rely so much on support calls. The automatic updates also helped keep the software stable after those incidents. Still, the absence of a simple troubleshooting section in the training felt like a missing piece. Despite that, I’m pretty happy overall because the onboarding team was quick and effective whenever I faced a snag. Training was not perfect but took care of me in the critical moments when problems showed up.
