Good Support Guidance, But Docs Were Somewhat Scarce
Navigating WFHI’s support system was a bit of a mixed experience for me. On the one hand, the telephonic support was responsive and helpful whenever I actually got through—they guided me patiently through issues with the dialer and database integration which was a relief. On the other hand, finding the initial documentation and troubleshooting guides online was not as straightforward. The website’s layout for help articles felt a little cluttered and not clearly organized, so sometimes I spent more time searching for answers than I liked. This made me rely on support more than I expected. However, I can’t deny that once connected, the communication was good and effective, and I felt prioritized when I needed assistance. Overall, the support availability and real-time help were strong points. I think if the self-service resources were better structured, it could really balance the load and improve overall responsiveness further. So it was a good system with a clear advantage in live help but hindered slightly by the documentation approach.
