Good support but missing ongoing guidance
I found the support and communication during setup to be quite warm and helpful, with prompt responses to my initial queries. The telephonic assistance was reassuring and professionally handled. However, I felt that after the initial setup phase, the ongoing support could have been more proactive. Once everything was configured, there wasn’t much follow-up or continuous guidance to help navigate later challenges. The one-off nature of the setup assistance meant I often had to troubleshoot or figure out minor issues on my own. It would have been better if there were periodic check-ins or refresher communication to ensure smooth running over time. Overall, the communication was good, but a bit more ongoing engagement would have enhanced the experience. Still, I’m content with the efficiency of the initial setup and the prompt responses whenever I reached out.
