Good steps first, but then it got mixed up

The software access process started off pretty logically. The initial sign-up and onboarding felt straightforward with clear instructions to get started. I liked how the basic features were introduced in a step-wise manner, letting me get familiar gradually. However, as I progressed, the order of tasks seemed less organized. Some steps required going back and forth which felt a bit confusing and disrupted the flow. It seemed like the software wanted me to explore multiple modules simultaneously without clear indication which to prioritize first. This affected my efficiency in understanding the features like the dialer and database integration. The automatic updates added to this by changing things with little notice, so I had to adjust to new layouts mid-use. Generally, the starting phase was promising with an intuitive approach, but the hassle in later steps made the experience uneven. The sign-up and invoicing parts worked smoothly, and payment was straightforward which I appreciated. Overall, the journey wasn’t seamless but did give me a decent understanding of functionality through trial and error. With a more sensible sequencing, I believe the software’s potential could really shine through for new users needing a clean flow of learning.
