The sign-up was easy and clear, and the invoicing process followed promptly without confusion. Training sessions were well paced, letting me absorb each part of the software in good order. The database feature came soon enough that I could immediately apply what I learned, and the dialer and calling tools arrived at the right stage to test live use. Automatic updates happened in the background, not disturbing flow but improving the tools gradually. I'd say this sequence is great for those who are ready and willing to invest time learning carefully rather than rushing in. However, if someone prefers a quick start with less explanation upfront, they might find the steps a bit lengthy and deliberate. For me, this order helped me build confidence with the software and understand its capabilities as I progressed. So overall, very user-friendly but best suited for users patient enough to follow the process properly.
