Good software features but confusing order of access steps

The software itself has promising features, and I found the database and calling tools to be useful once I got to them. The automatic updates work in the background seamlessly, which is good. However, the order in which I had to complete steps to get full access was not logical to me. For example, I had to complete certain forms and training modules before getting access to basic features that I wanted to explore first. This made the process feel unnecessarily drawn out. Although telephonic support was available, they could not change the system’s sequence. Signing up and payment was straightforward but getting from there to actual productive use took longer than I expected. The onboarding flow did not align well with how I prefer to learn and explore software—jumping between database, dialer, and training felt disjointed. So the software works and support is there, but the workflow order to access everything is a poor experience. I would have preferred a more flexible, user-friendly arrangement.
