Good software but some things left unresolved
When I started using WFHI, I found a lot of the software features handy but also needed to figure some parts out myself. For example, the database was powerful, but it wasn’t clear at first how to best use the filters in complex searches, so I spent a good deal of time experimenting rather than having a clear path. The calling tools worked fine most days but I did come across a few glitches that disrupted batch calling, which was frustrating when I relied on that for efficiency. On the other hand, the automatic updates generally rolled out without issue, so that part gave me peace of mind. The onboarding flow introduced the basics but didn’t quite cover everything I had to dig through, so some self-learning was inevitable. Overall, the software has potential and is definitely usable, but I wish the training or support had been more proactive about explaining some of those finer details and resolving issues more promptly. I guess you could say there’s room for improvement but it’s still a functional system that I’m continuing to explore.
