Good software but lacked some features I needed
Compared to other remote workflow tools I have used before, the WFHI software definitely has some clear strengths. It was mostly easy to access, and the database feature integrated smoothly with my existing setup, which was a relief. I appreciated the automatic updates that didn’t disrupt my work, keeping everything current without extra effort. However, one thing I noticed was the software didn’t offer much customization in the calling tools and dialer sections, which I often rely on for my specific routines. Training and onboarding was solid but felt a bit rushed compared to what I’ve experienced elsewhere. Signing up and the invoicing process was straightforward but lacked the depth that some other platforms provide. So, while it was a pleasant experience overall and reliable in daily use, I found myself missing a few functionalities that could make the work truly seamless.
