Good signup vibes but support not up to it
I was excited to try this software and went through the signup quickly, hoping all would go smooth. Unfortunately, when my payment didn't process at first, the error messaging was not clear and left me confused. The support team took a long time to answer and when they did, the solution was slow to come. On the plus side, the software features looked promising and the training seemed okay to get started. Overall, the experience was a mix because although the initial parts went well, the problems handling errors really put me off. It felt frustrating to not get timely help when the system itself faltered.
