Good sign-up process but hard to find details
Looking for detailed info before purchase was frustrating. The website had good sign-up steps, and getting an invoice after registration was straightforward. But finding clear product explanations or training outlines took way too long. The navigation wasn’t intuitive and seemed cluttered, which wasted a lot of my time. I expected faster answers to my basic questions, but I had to dig through multiple pages. It was disappointing since I had a rough idea of what I wanted but couldn’t confirm details easily. The lack of quick access to relevant info made me second guess my decision several times even. While the actual purchase and payment proved okay, the pre-purchase experience definitely lacked polish. For a service relying on software and training, their sales presentation fell short. A better organized info flow and FAQs would really help here. Overall, I found what I needed but the way to it was unnecessarily complicated and discouraging.
