Good setup, but slow start with payments
I found the software itself quite usable once fully set up, and the calling tools operate as expected. That said, the billing and payments process took longer than I had hoped to fully get going. It seemed straightforward at first glance, but delays in receiving accurate invoicing details caused some frustration. While support was available and helpful in answering my queries, the initial wait for precise payment confirmation slowed down my workflow. Once everything was properly active and my payments were processed, the system functioned well without any further issues. The trade-off is that although setup eventually led to a smooth experience, the start-up phase involving billing caused avoidable setbacks. I would say it is a good product with a small hiccup early on that could be improved to speed up onboarding for payments.
