good service but thoda slow sometimes, still i will come back

The sign-up process was pretty smooth and easy, invoice also came on time without kisi dikkate. But training thodi slow lagti hai several times, especially jab calling tools ya dialer ke bare mein explain karte hain. I had to ask repeat questions, but support was friendly enough and they helped pretty well finally. Ye software overall acha hai to use, and database feature bhi kaam karta hai fine, par kabhi kabhi updates thode late aate hain which can be thoda frustrating. I think next time mai bhi help prefer karunga just to be sure ki sab kuch sahi se samajh aayega. Lekin mostly accha experience raha, even with kuch chhoti problems, so still planning to continue with WFHI product.
