good sequence but payment faced some hiccups
The invoicing and payment process started off quite straightforward. I appreciated how the sign-up was simple and the invoice generated promptly after the purchase. That part made it easy to keep track of the payments. However, when it came to making the payment, I found some of the steps slightly out of order. For example, the options to choose payment methods were not immediately clear, especially if one prefers online wallets over direct bank transfers. Also, there was a delay in receiving payment confirmation which caused some uncertainty. On the plus side, the system did notify me about the overdue invoices well in time, which helped avoid any disruptions in service. Also, the subsequent billing statements were clear and detailed enough to understand all charges. Overall, you have a decent sequence, but refining the payment interface and communication could make it smoother for users and reduce confusion. It made me feel a bit unsure at times but didn’t halt my overall experience.
