Good process but could shuffle some steps
Overall, the software setup proceeded in a reasonable order, starting with simple tasks like signing up and then moving on to training and dialing tools. I appreciated this flow because it made the onboarding feel manageable rather than overwhelming. However, I did find that some steps could have been shuffled for even better clarity. For example, the invoicing and payment process seemed to come a bit early, before I fully understood all features. It was not a big issue, but it did create a slight disjoint in the experience. The database aspect fit well once I got used to it, but the initial access to certain configurations felt a bit buried in the menus. Automatic updates mostly happened smoothly, though occasionally they updated while I was in the middle of using the dialer, which was mildly disruptive. Telephonic support generally responded well but sometimes took longer than expected. In sum, the good definitely outweighed these annoyances, but some minor reordering would make it more efficient overall.
