Good payment system but small hiccup during payment
The billing and payment process was mostly what I expected before signing up; the invoices were clear and I appreciated the automated reminders. However, at one point when I tried to update my payment method, there was a minor delay and the system wasn’t reflecting the changes immediately. This required a follow-up call to their support team, which was resolved fairly quickly though. Aside from that moment, everything seemed to go smoothly, with transparent communication about when and how payments were processed. I think the process is generally dependable, but that small hiccup made me slightly less confident at first about the system’s responsiveness.
