Good payment process but missing some payment method options
The billing and payments procedure was generally straightforward. Signing up was easy and the invoice was accurate and came on time. I felt the payment interface was smooth during my first transaction. However, I noticed one limitation in terms of the payment methods available. While the platform supported the basic ways, a couple of popular local payment options were missing, which would have made the process even more convenient for me. It’s something I’m hoping they add next time I pay. Despite that, I believe I would be able to get through the next billing cycle without needing help from support since the invoicing and payment reminders worked well enough. I just wish they expanded payment choices a bit more, especially considering the diversity of methods needed in India today.
