Good parts and tough spots in billing setup
Setting up billing was a mix of straightforward and slightly complex. The initial sign-up and payment process were mostly one-off tasks, which made it easy to get started without feeling overwhelmed. However, the ongoing billing cycle did require me to keep an eye on invoices and make sure my payment details were always up to date because the software pushes updates automatically and sometimes the fees changed slightly after those. I appreciated that the database feature synced with the billing info, which saved me from entering too much repeated data. On the other hand, a few times, the system’s dashboard took a moment to refresh after payment, which was a bit annoying. Despite that, once everything was running smoothly, the combination of the initial setup and the ongoing automatic updates felt manageable. Overall, it balanced out well between being easy to start and needing some ongoing attention.
