Good parts and rough edges both showed up distinctly

Using the WFHI software, I found a mix of things I liked and some I had to figure out on my own. For example, the database feature was quite intuitive and fit well with the way I manage client info, so that part was surprisingly smooth. But then, when I tried to set up the calling tools and integrate the dialer, I had to troubleshoot a bit because the guide didn’t cover every step in detail. One moment I remember clearly was when an automatic update rolled out during a session, and it changed the dashboard layout slightly; it took me a few minutes to relearn where everything moved. Beyond that, the onboarding and training helped to a good extent but left me to connect some dots myself. The payment and sign-up process was fairly straight forward, and getting answers on priority assistance calls was generally reliable, though sometimes I had to wait a little before connecting. All in all, while the experience included some self-driven learning, the tool felt solid and flexible, with strengths and some small areas needing improvement.
