I found the WFHI training and onboarding pretty smooth and mostly effective. Compared to the other tools I have used earlier, this one felt more straightforward but a little less detailed. It gave me a quick understanding to start working, but I missed some of the deeper insights and tips that helped before. The software’s onboarding flow was quite user-friendly, and I didn’t have to struggle navigating it, but the training could have included more examples to boost confidence. That said, I appreciated the telephonic support which answered many of my questions promptly. Overall, a good experience but not quite as thorough as what I was used to; still, it definitely helped me get started without too much trouble.
