Over the past several weeks, my experience with the WFHI support and communication has been largely positive. However, there were a few occasions where the resolution took longer than I initially hoped, and the wait times could have been shorter. Day-to-day communication feels smooth, and the support personnel come across as knowledgeable, making it easier to trust their guidance. The system for logging support tickets is straightforward, which streamlines the interaction process. Despite the minor delays on some days, I feel that overall, the communication is reliable and respectful of the user's time. I wouldn't say it's flawless, but it certainly provides a positive experience on balance. If you value steady support with occasional patience for resolution times, this setup may work well. Just be mindful that some issues might need a bit longer to address than expected.
