Good overall feeling despite figuring out many things myself
When I first signed up and went through the onboarding, the overall feeling was positive but I realized I had to figure out quite a lot on my own. The initial sign-up and invoicing were straightforward, but after that, setting up the dialer and getting familiar with the database features took time because there wasn’t an extensive hand-holding process. Training sessions were available but felt quite general, not customized to my specific workflow, so I ended up experimenting with features during my work hours to understand what suited me best. The automatic updates sometimes changed settings, which meant reorienting myself occasionally. Still, calling tools overall worked well and the interface was intuitive enough to explore without too much external help. Telephonic support was available when I needed it, although not always immediately, but once connected, they were helpful. Despite the need for self-directed learning, the onboarding flow guided me enough to eventually get things running smoothly. The good part is I grew more confident as I went along, which made me feel more in control. So, my impression is that it’s a solid product but with some room for making training more personal and onboarding more hands-off from the user side.
