Good overall, but not a complete game-changer
Having used different remote workflow platforms before, I found this one from WFHI quite capable and smooth to handle. The sign-up and invoicing steps were simple and well organized, and onboarding was faster than I expected. The software interface is mostly intuitive, making the calling tools and database easy to manage even on busy days. Telephonic support was polite and responsive, although there were occasional delays in getting answers to my questions. Compared to previous products I've used, this one felt more reliable, but I did notice that some of the training content was a bit too basic, which made me wish for more advanced explanations earlier on. Despite this, I would consider using WFHI again if I needed similar software because the overall experience settled well into my workflow with only minor reservations.
