Good overall but missing a couple of access options
The software itself is quite user-friendly and logging in was hassle-free. I appreciated that the interface was responsive, allowing me to access the system both on desktop and mobile without major issues. However, I found that some advanced access controls, like multi-factor authentication, weren’t available, which is a bit of a downside considering security best practices. I might have to reach out for help again next time if these features aren’t updated. Despite that, the automatic updates worked smoothly without interrupting my workflow, which is a major plus. Overall, I would say that the software is reliable and mostly easy to access but it could benefit from better security features and slightly more configuration options in future versions. I am cautiously optimistic that the company will continue to improve the access experience, so next time I might not need any support at all.
