The telephonic support team was polite and tried their best to assist but at times missed the specific context of my issue, which made resolution slower. Also, automatic updates improved some features, but these changes were not always well announced, leaving me guessing if I missed something crucial. Overall, the experience was positive, but having a more accessible repository or possibly a quick-reference guide would have saved me several hours early on.
