Good option for some, not for others
When I first checked out the WFHI software and training, I expected a really streamlined explanation and very clear steps to get me up and running with remote workflows. The sales side gave a decent overview, which helped me feel somewhat confident about what I was buying. However, some of the terminology and descriptions were a bit vague, leaving me unclear about certain features until I tried them. The onboarding flow was not as straightforward as I hoped, and I had to revisit a couple of training modules to grasp the full process. So, while the software definitely has useful elements, I think it suits people who already have some background working remotely, rather than total beginners. For someone new to remote tools, this mix of explained and unexplained parts might be confusing. Overall, I feel moderately confident in what I got but would have preferred clearer initial communication to set proper expectations fully.
