Good onboarding step was training but I might still need more help
The training sessions during the onboarding phase went fairly well and I found some parts especially helpful, like the explanation of the database feature and how to use the dialer tools effectively. I was able to follow along with most of it, which made the initial setup feel less daunting than I expected. However, there were moments when the pace was a bit fast, and some explanations didn’t fully clarify the workflow automation process for me. Because of this, I feel like the next time I get access or try to onboard again, I might need support or refresher help to be sure I’m using everything correctly. The sign-up and payment parts were pretty smooth, though, which helped reduce early frustrations. I also appreciated that the software was updated automatically, so I didn’t have to worry about installing the newest versions or missing out on features. But given how some training details felt rushed, I think I will seek support sooner rather than later if I hit snags. Overall, the onboarding worked out but with room for better pacing and maybe follow-up sessions. So, I’m not completely confident I won’t need help again, especially with more complex features, which is the main mixed feeling I have about this process.
