Good onboarding for some, less so for others
I found the training and onboarding flow varied depending on what kind of user you are. The labels and wording generally made sense if you’re already familiar with remote workflow software, which fit my background quite well. On the other hand, I can see how a complete beginner might struggle initially due to some jargon that isn’t always explained fully in the first few sessions. The step-by-step guidance was mostly clear and logically structured. It helped me get started without much confusion, but I wouldn’t say it’s completely foolproof for everyone. So, I’d say this suits users who are moderately comfortable with software onboarding processes but might frustrate total newcomers or those needing more hand-holding through the steps. Still, the automatic updates and telephonic support fill in some of the gaps if you reach out during the beginning.
