Good onboarding, but some labels left me guessing
The training and onboarding were pretty thorough overall, and I found the guidance on the calling tools quite helpful. The software’s interface used wording and labels that mostly made sense, which helped me move through each stage of setup without much trouble. That said, a few things could have been clearer—some buttons and menu names weren’t very descriptive, so I had to spend extra time figuring out what they did, especially within the database feature. I think more explicit labels or brief explanations would come in handy for new users. On the upside, the sequence of training steps was logical and didn’t overwhelm me, which I appreciated. While I’m happy with how the onboarding introduced me to the system, I do wish there had been a bit more detail or examples on certain parts. Still, I intend to keep using the software regularly since it covers the basic setup well enough despite those minor gaps.
