Good onboarding but missing ongoing guidance
The onboarding training with WFHI was quite helpful in setting up the basic workflows and getting the calling tools running smoothly. I appreciated the way the training guided me step-by-step to integrate the database into my day-to-day use. It felt like a lot of the setup was one-time work, like inputting data and configuring the dialer, which I expected. But where I found things a bit lacking was in explaining what ongoing maintenance or updates I would need to keep an eye on. For instance, the automatic updates changed some interface elements without much warning, so I wasn’t sure if I’d missed a step during training or if it was a new feature. I suppose a little more guidance on what routine checks or practices to keep the system optimized would be helpful. It left me thinking about how much of the early training was foundational versus something I’ll have to revisit regularly. The sign-up and payment process was smooth, thankfully, so at least that part didn’t add to the uncertainty.
