Good onboarding but a bit more clarity needed
The training and onboarding were generally clear and straightforward. I could follow most of the instructions easily, and the materials were organized in a step-by-step manner. The explanations around how to use the database feature and the calling tools helped me get started fairly quickly. One thing I would mention to a friend is that sometimes some concepts were assumed to be obvious but were not fully elaborated, which made me pause and guess at times what the exact procedure was. Despite that, the training helped me understand the software well enough to get going with my day-to-day workflow. The onboarding flow was also smooth except for a few moments where the navigation between lessons felt a bit disjointed. In summary, I'd tell a friend that it’s a solid introduction to the software but be ready to ask questions if anything is unclear, as the explanations could sometimes be more detailed to avoid confusion.
