Good on access but daily usability was hit-and-miss
Initially, the software login and setup were fine: no issues getting access and the sign-up was smooth. However, as I used the system day to day, I began to notice some reliability issues. The dialer sometimes froze mid-call, and at times the database feature wouldn’t sync properly, causing confusion and duplicated entries. Automatic updates occasionally resulted in temporary interface glitches that disrupted my workflow. On the positive side, telephonic support was responsive and polite, which helped when I encountered problems. Still, the overall software experience felt unstable; it worked well for short stretches but then caused frustration during longer sessions. I’m hoping these issues are resolved with future updates, but for now, the inconsistency affects my confidence in the system. So while the initial access was smooth and support was decent, the daily usage was often frustrating because of bugs and glitches.
