Good learning curve, but a bit overwhelming at first
I started with the onboarding materials and training sessions with a fair amount of skepticism because I wasn’t sure if the pace and length would suit me. The software itself is quite complex, and there’s plenty packed into it. Early on, I found myself struggling a bit to keep track of all the functionalities being introduced at once. However, what helped was the clear step-by-step guidance embedded in the training modules. By the time I reached the last section of the onboarding, I felt considerably more confident to operate the main features, particularly the dialer tool and database access. However, I do think the initial overload could be toned down, maybe with a modular approach that allows skipping parts already familiar to some. Still, I appreciated the support calls when I was stuck, which made a big difference to my confidence. Despite some early frustration, the end result was that I felt ready to work effectively with the software. I wish the updates during training had been a bit more transparent because sometimes features seemed to change slightly and I had to relearn parts. On balance though, I’m glad I stuck with it and the training offered plenty of practical value that builds real skill. So overall, good confidence gained, but could improve on pacing and update notifications to reduce early confusion for users like me.
