Good initial contact but responsiveness could be quicker

I found the sales team generally polite and willing to answer most questions, which helped me decide to try the software. However, the responsiveness sometimes lagged, especially on follow-up questions about features and pricing details. It felt like they were interested but not always readily available, which made me wait a few days at times. On the positive side, the information given was mostly accurate and clear once I got hold of someone. What was missing was a more proactive approach or instant replies, which would have made the process feel less slow. Overall, a reasonable experience but with room to improve the speed of communication.
