Good info, but pre-purchase steps were confusing
The sales process started with a lot of informative content, which I appreciated because it gave me clear details about what WFHI offers. However, after that, the sequence of steps got confusing. The sign-up required information that seemed premature, and invoicing details came before I could even explore the software fully. Payment options were not outlined clearly early in the process, leaving me unsure about what to expect. While the initial engagement was good, the order of asking for decisions felt off and made me hesitate. There was no smooth flow from understanding to buying, which affected my confidence. In the end, it felt like a mixed experience where the good info was marred by the poorly arranged steps.
