Good in theory, but definitely not fitting my actual working hours

I tried WFHI’s software with the hope it would fit my remote work schedule, but unfortunately, it really missed the mark for how I actually work. The sign-up and invoicing parts went smoothly enough, and the automatic updates kept the software current without me having to do anything extra. However, the calling tools and dialer seemed structured around fixed hours or time zones that just don’t line up with my irregular schedule. Despite multiple calls to telephonic support to adjust settings or get advice, I never really found a way to make the timing flexible enough. The training was decent at explaining features, but it didn’t help much with adapting the workflow to my real-life hours. I found myself constantly battling notifications and calls that popped up in what should have been my off-time. So, while I can see how it would work well for someone with a different, more standard routine, for me, this software didn’t offer the flexibility I needed. The billing and payment process was transparent, at least, but the core workflow issues were a dealbreaker.
