Good in concept but hours mismatch is a problem

While I appreciate the efforts made by WFHI in providing software and training for remote workflows, I must express reservations about how well the service fits with my actual working hours. Initially, the product demonstrations and sales discussions suggested a certain flexibility in scheduling and using the calling tools and dialer. However, after signing up, I found that the software updates and training sessions mostly occur during hours that do not align well with my availability. This mismatch creates difficulties in fully benefiting from the onboarding and support options offered. On the positive side, the sign-up and invoicing process was clear and efficient, with no unexpected complications. The database features are also quite comprehensive and appear to be well thought out for workflow management. Nevertheless, the core timing of training and support does not match the hours I work regularly, which limits how effectively I can utilize these resources. Therefore, while the platform has many commendable features, the scheduling aspect is a significant drawback for my situation and something potential users should consider.
