good if your hours match the training slots
I found the WFHI training to be quite useful, especially the way they explained the dialer and database features clearly. However, the scheduled training sessions didn’t perfectly match the hours I usually work. For people who have flexible timing or work typical business hours, it’ll probably suit well. But since I work odd hours, syncing with the live sessions wasn’t always convenient for me. That said, the recorded materials and software updates helped fill in the gaps, and I could revisit those parts on my schedule. I liked the simple sign-up and payment process, which was hassle-free. Support on the phone was friendly, although sometimes I wished it was available outside the standard time zones. Overall, for the sort of hours I keep, this might not be ideal, but for regular timing workers, it’s a fit.
