good if your hours are flexible, maybe not if you’re strict with timing

So I signed up expecting the billing to actually match my working hours since I’m not 9 to 5 kinda person. Overall, the payment system was pretty decent – it adjusts most of the time but sometimes it felt like I was paying for time I didn’t really use. That was a little frustrating because my work hours can vary a lot day to day. I liked how the invoicing process was uncomplicated and automatic updates kept everything current, so I didn’t have to stress about manual adjustments. Setup was smooth enough, and signing up took less time than I imagined, which was a relief. The customer support was on point when I called to ask about my invoice queries, though I wish they’d be a bit more flexible for people like me who work irregular hours. If your hours are pretty set, then this billing approach will probably suit you fine. But if you’re someone whose schedule changes often, be ready for some minor annoyances. Overall, I’m happy with the software, and the dialer and database features worked well alongside my workflow. It’s a solid option but just be aware it might not be perfect if your timing is too unpredictable. Still, it fits most needs well enough and the setup process was easy to get through without hiccups. So, I’d say it’s a good fit mostly for consistent schedules rather than highly variable ones.
