Good if you’re new and want a solid onboarding experience
I felt pretty confident by the end of the training, mostly because the onboarding was paced well and the exercises matched the real software. It’s helpful if you’re someone who prefers step-by-step guidance since the training modules sort of build on each other in a logical way. That said, if you’re already very familiar with remote workflow tech or you like to explore on your own, this might feel a bit slow or even unnecessary. I kept coming back to the dialer section a couple of times to make sure I was using it right, and the training was clear enough to resolve my doubts. The database feature instructions were straightforward as well. So all in all, I’d say it suits beginners more than experienced users, but either way, it gave me enough confidence to start using the software regularly.
