Good if you’re comfortable figuring some things out yourself
Honestly, a lot of the training and onboarding requires you to piece things together on your own. The initial instructions cover the basics but the finer points about how the database adjusts to workflows and the nuances of using the dialer effectively weren’t deeply explained. If you’re someone who needs step-by-step handholding, this might not be the best fit because you have to experiment a bit before everything clicks. That said, if you’re already familiar with remote working tools or willing to dig in and learn independently, it’s manageable. I ended up figuring out most of it with trial and error plus some support calls, but that’s not for everyone. So I’d say this suits people who like autonomy and don’t mind self-driven learning rather than those expecting comprehensive handholding.
