Good if you’re chill, not if you want quick answers
So, I had mixed feelings about their support and communication. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind waiting a bit and following their steps exactly, it might suit you well. The support reps are friendly enough and do try to help, but sometimes the order of troubleshooting steps feels a bit off or repetitive. For example, I was asked to repeat basic things I’d already done, which slowed me down. On the other hand, once the process got moving in the right direction, fixing the issue was easier. I guess if you’re someone who’s patient and doesn’t mind a few back-and-forths, it’ll probably work out fine. But if you want quick straightforward answers or more flexible support, it might be frustrating. I got the sense that they have a script they follow closely, instead of tailoring steps according to what I already knew or had tried. Despite that, the sign-up and payment part were smooth, so at least that part didn’t add stress. The training did cover some useful stuff before I called support, though, so I’m glad they had it. Overall, it’s usable but with room to improve on communication style.
